If you only check one document before buying into a new launch, make it the RERA registration. It’s your strongest protection as a buyer. Here’s where L&T Aravista stands today, in plain words.
Current status
The project has been applied for registration with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram, under application no. RERA-GRG-PROJ-2365-2026. Approval is awaited; once granted, the authority issues a registration number that will be shown on all project material.
What registration confirms
- Land title and licences on record
- Approved layout and building plans
- The developer’s committed completion date
- A separate escrow account for project funds
How to verify it
- Visit the HRERA portal and choose the Gurugram authority.
- Search registered and applied projects by name, developer or application number.
- Check the promoter name (L&T Realty Properties Ltd), land details and timeline.
Our advice
Until the registration number is issued, keep your payment limited to the refundable EOI, and get the refund terms in writing. That’s what we’d do with our own money. We’ll update this page the moment approval comes through.
